G200 i assume is a horizontal honda about 5hp.
By pulsing you mean its hunting and surging as though its running out of fuel.
Usually carb.
Strip,clean and reset and that should fix it.
Other than that it could be a gasket at carb thats torn causing excess air to go in carb.
