Hi
I have become the proud owner of a MTD Yard man DX70
It has been running fine but suddenly cannot start it.
After doing tests I have found the wire from the ignition to the solenoid has no voltage
I thinking maybe a fuse but I need help in locating it,& what it looks like

Should have an inline fuse in the wire your looking at, or there may be a fuse box on the mower some where, or maybe a bad wire, try jumping from point a to point b bypassing that particular wire and see if it runs.
not familiar with your model however the cranking circuit usually goes
Hot terminal on solenoid to fuse
fuse to B on key switch
B to S
S to PTO safety switch
PTO switch to parking brake switch
Brake switch to trigger wire on the solenoid.
If it is a rear engine rider with a manual gear box there can also be a neutral switch on the box.
