Front left wheel bad allignment

Poulan PXT 12530, riding mower frt left wheel turned out at 30 degrees.... any ideas how to correct this, there doesn't appear to be a connecting arm between the rt and left wheels.

carefully compare the left and right wheels and see what is different.
