Front left wheel bad allignment

Poulan PXT 12530, riding mower frt left wheel turned out at 30 degrees.... any ideas how to correct this, there doesn't appear to be a connecting arm between the rt and left wheels.

http://www.poulanpro.com/ddoc/PPOI/PPOI2011_NAen/PPOI2011_NAen_PXT12530_532441491.pdf inspect all steering parts pages 12 & 13, visually & by hand look for worn out & bent parts. The best way to inspect is to scotch rear wheels & jack up front end.

carefully compare the left and right wheels and see what is different.
