Repairs friction wheel replacement

what is the next step to replace the friction drive wheel on my snapper rider...Ive removed the center large nut... what next?
 
On mine you remove the small nuts around the large nut to get the rubber drive wheel off.

yeah take off the for smaller nuts not the big one i believe there 13mm or 1/2 thats all you need to do and put it in neutral and it will come right off when you get the new one you will have to install the brake band on the inside why they don't at the factory is beyond me and it can be a bear sometimes good luck easy fix
