Tonight it is going to be freezing! Literally! It will get down to 25-30 degrees tonight! We brought in a lot of the potted plants, because this freeze would definitely kill them! I wonder what this will do to the grass. I know it will stun it, but I wonder how much?? I guess we will see!!

WOW. Our lows right now are usually in the 40's or 50's.....but right now the temperature is 40 degrees, and will drop probably 15 more degrees!

Same thing here. The lawns have definatly slowed down. I have not been mowing much recently because the lawns are barely growing.

Here the lawns are still growing pretty fast (well, not by tomorrow!!). I have been mowing some every 5 days, and they need it by then.

Really? I only had to mow like 2 lawns this week. The rest were not growing at all pretty much. I already did a fall cleanup but the yard already needs to be don again because there are so many trees in their yard.

As for how often I am mowing each lawn, I am almost as busy as in early September!! The only reason business is slowing down a bit is because people are not calling me as much. But for the people I have long-term, they are still going (or should I say growing) strong! But as I said before, that might all change by tomorrow.

Yeah! You probably get snow earlier than we do, but hopefully it's not as early as last year!! If it is, you have like 15 days to get everything working! haha

It got down to 27.1 degrees this morning. It occurred at 7:27 a.m. It was definitely a hard frost! (See attached pictures) I got up late today, so as you can see the frost was melted away in some places by the sun already.
