I've just acquired a secondhand FR84 backpack hedge trimmer and would like to get some additional attachments for it. I understand that the FR84 is an older model compared to the current Kombi range. Would anyone be able to confirm if the new KM or FS attachments are compatible, or will I need to find and old FR type strimmer and pruner?

Yes, sorry, just checked, it's an FR85T.

Here are the 2 snips of the ipls, showing both taking the same gearhead, so any attachments should bolt on fine. As far as the fr model being able to handle it, I am not sure.
