I have used both residential and commercial Zero Turns and would use one on your property no problem. All mowers have a max grade and it will be close to if not the same on a lawn tractor as on a Zero turn. The real difference is the way they drive. 2 independent rear drive wheels are much different than 2 tied together drive wheels. It is a skill you will have to learn. It is not a hard skill to learn. On the serviceable drives, it will be up to you. By the way, all drives are serviceable no matter what they say. Manufacturers call them sealed units. That means during the life span you do not need to service them. And yet if you download the manuals for them they have a recommended service schedule. But if you want an easier service of the drives then get one with oil filter and small overflow tank.
