Same here! :confused2: For a long time now the highs have been in the teens, with lows in the single digits. The snow isn't going anywhere!

For some reason I was thinking Michigan had somewhat the same climate as NY. Just what are you doing mowing grass in January???? Never mowed grass in January. I didn't even think that the grass grew in January??? As you can see by my picture ever thing is covered in snow here in NY. Is it a different type of grass then what we have?

They aren't. This thread was started in April 2013 saying the grass was growing, but someone replied to it the other day just to see what part of Michigan they are from.

Just why do you want snow? I always liked a lot of snow in my younger years because of snowmobiles to play in.

I live in muskegon michigan. The problem with it is we mostly get the wind coming from the west so it blows a lot of of the snow to the west side of my property and into my driveway.

No..... No, trust me. You don't want our snow.

It really does suck doing snow removal in sub-zero wind chills.

Starting to get a little concerned...

I'm having a feeling that when all this snow finally melts, we're gonna have a decent flood by the Flint River. Flint River cuts right through my city. Whenever we get a lot of rain it floods the surrounding area.

And we still have the remainder of February and March to go through.

We have that problem in Muskegon. The muskegon river an the white river are really going to be flooded this spring
