Mowed for the first time this season, mostly a good clean up mowing & bagged the things from a big Sweetgum tree (not mine) but blown into my yard.:thumbsup::laughing:

I planted a sweetgum tree in my yard 20 years ago. I always thought it as a different type of tree that we have in NY. This is the first year we have the seed balls falling off it.

Me to try pine cones I have to mow my aunts place tomorrow it's full of them I try to clean up before I mow

I just mowed for the first time. There are so many different species growing that some are bound to come up early. Most of the actual grass still seems to be dormant.

The dogwoods haven't bloomed yet -- that's one of my favorites.
