Repairs Field and Brush Mower Clutch

I have a Snapper FB13250BS field and brush mower that needs to have a replacement of the clutch brake assembly (blade does not engage.....). Can this be rebuilt / repaired or will the entire assembly need to be replaced?

If a rebuild is possible, does anyone know how to get inside the assembly?

Thanks for any help or suggestions that anyone can provide.
