FH721 Kawasaki engine high crankcase pressure.

Compression is 60psi on both cylinders and inside looks good still has hash marks were it was honed. Is there a vent for the crank case?

All piston engines need crankcase ventilation for two reasons: First, to account for changes in crankcase volume due to piston movement, and second, to provide an escape path for combustion gases that have leaked past the piston rings or exhaust valve guides.

The fewer cylinders an engine has, the more important it is that the crankcase ventilation system be operating properly.
