I picked up a 52" Ferris Z Part/model# 5900957-- serial# 2015318146 with a 724cc Briggs engine. I wondered if someone could tell me what year this mower is and what horse power the engine is?

Around 2012 The engine numbers are easier to tell with.

The engine may have set for a while before Ferris bought and installed it on the mower or the engine may have been changed during the life of the Ferris. Seems like there should be a way to identify the Ferris mower with the model or serial numbers. thanks, gregjo1948
