Fe290d weak spark

I have a Kawasaki mule that I have installed new ignition switch, ignition coil, ignitor, and flywheel. Spark is still extremely weak. Mule model:KAF300B
Any advice is appreciated.
 
I've got a mule 550 also, here is a engine service manual i uploaded recently to a UTV forum, it has a troubleshooting section that includes spark issues, also be sure to set the Coil air gap at .012"
Page 7 starts the troubleshooting.

Also, how are you verifying it is a weak spark issue?
