my fc540v kaw mower is using oil, fouling plug, and smokes blue on and off mustly on , can you tell me how to check it for bad rings or headgasket, and what compression should be thanks ,was going to keep changing plugs but want to fix it

compression test lets us know if rings or head gasket are bad. Around 150 on compression. Visual inspection for head gasket. If it is good and compression is low then rings may be bad.
