Wanting to buy a decent Cub Cadet 123 but don't know what to pay? Anything in particular I need to lookout for?

Looks like they made them only two years 1966 and 67 with a Kohler engine. Is this something you want to restore? If its something you want to buy to use, just remember it will be hard to find parts for anymore. You might look into a old mower or Cub forum?
Is this one worth $100 ? Hasn't ran in 2 years, engine still turns over by hand. Needs both front tires replaced. 42 inch deck. 12hp Kohler K301. Serial number on back of tractor is 200917. Was thinking about a restore?

Sounds fair. It will make you a nice project Enjoy They made them old Cubs to last. My brother bought one new which he use it right up to a couple of years ago. He replaced it with another new Cub.
