eXmark Quest not starting unless break is off and blade is engaged

I have a eXmark Quest 24hp, I've looked at all the safety switches all look good. When the break is on, blade disengaged there is no clicking noise when I turn the switch to on. When I leave the key in the on position I take the break off and then engage the blade I here the normal click. It's almost as if its backwards with the safety.

Sounds like a short in the wires i would if under warranty take it back to the dealer an let them work on it. :rolleyes:
