Thank you for the warm welcome to the Forum and for your response so here is more information I have a ride on Husqvarna lawn mower model number yth 18542 Briggs & Stratton intek 18.5 540 CC engine I try to start it it seems like the engine is jammed if I spin the flywheel back it will start with a pop any information and help is greatly appreciated thank you

Either the valves are out of adjustment or the camshaft's ACR has failed.

Where would I find the information on how to adjust the valves

Note: The intake valve is the one closest to the PTO end of the engine, not the flywheel.
