Only if you like replacing engines as when the Predator (spelled correctly) dies you will most likely just have to replace it again as most parts are not available. Besides are you just wanting to upgrade the hp or is it you think you get more out of the old engine?
You really got check the PTO dimensions and mounting pattern to sure it will even work as a replacement of the current engine.
