Briggs and Stratton 500 series engine, Bolens 22 in lawnmower. The engine starts but then speed varies. Nearly a stall when on level but speeds up greatly when sideways on a grade (with carburetor and gas tank on the upside) but wants to stall if when sideways on a grade opposite. What kind of adjustment would be appropriate?
