No impact to blade just was backing out turned a bit with front wheels elevated, bumped kinda hard into upright & engine cut off.
Has been over 2H & won't restart.

How do you get a mower to back up with both front wheels "elevated"?

What is 2H? Two hours?

No need to abbreviate guy. Pushing keys on a keyboard doesn't cost anything. Read to yourself what you wrote to us. I'm lost.........

Oh and welcome to the BEST mower forum on the net.

Push down on the handle and the front wheels raise up off the ground.
While still pushing down on the handle, release the drive mechanism and pull backwards on the handle.

Do you have spark at the plug and fuel AT the carb inlet? If you have those look for a dirty carb.
