Can anybody tell me how or where To find and earth third gear case housing gasket part number on the manual said 1653-23

It tells me a lot, but not all good. Your tiller was built around 1967. Your model number is 5020-1, but the only model I can come up with is 5020-11 built around 1991. I doubt whether the parts are interchangeable. YardMan is now part of MTD, so if I were you I would contact MTD customer service at this number with your questions. 1-800-269-6215 Good Luck
