Drive tran adjustment on an dixon ztr 3014

Hello every 1

I was wondering if any 1 could walk me thru how to adjust the drive tran adjustments on an dixon ztr 3014

One of the pieces broke so we welded it and now we need to adjust it
if you look carefully you can see the welds

I just got this mower for 100 bucks and i think its worth every penny =P
