Dixon ZTR 1950

I have a Dixon ZTR 1950 that will not go to the left. When I push the handle forward all I get is a squealing sound. Left handle works fine. I've changed the hydraulic filter and oil and it is still doing it. Is there an adjustment I need to make or is the pump bad? Any help would be appreciated.

Check the pulley on top of the drive and see if it is actually turning the shaft.
Some posts on here about the spline on the pulley stripping out...
