One place in the manual say first change 50 hours another every 200 hours. Is it first at 50 then next at 250? Has anyone actually remover the top port plugs? They look impossible to reach. I assume it is an Allen wrench?

This is different from my manual. Where is the by pass valve? Is that the same as the by pass linkage that allows it to be pushed?
