Dixon Ram 48"

Got a good deal on a Dixon Ram 48" with 128 hrs. on meter. This mower still have some warranty on it. Mower have the 26hp Craftsman Engine and do a go job in cutting. I've check different forum on the net and, there is not much info on the Dixon Ram 48". Why is this???? Seems to be a off brand mower.........

Seems to be a off brand mower.........

I think they are good mowers, just not the most known.

You've got a keeper there as the Dixon Ram is a "true Dixon"...since Husqvarna bought out Dixon a couple of years ago and now they are Husqvarna's with Dixon-blue paint(still a good machine, but not as good as the original Dixons). I just recently almost bought a Dixon DX152 entry-level commercial(I believe the Ultra series replaced the Ram) but settled on a Gravely instead. I believe there is a Dixon brand-specific forum on here where you can hob-knob with some other Dixon owners. But no, I wouldn't consider your Ram an "off-brand"!!
