what’s the best way to clean gasoline tank for a Dixie Chopper 2750 without removing it from frame. It has old gas residue in bottom that needs to be removed

Several gallons of White vinegar. Fill it up.(enough to cover what you're cleaning) let it soak. drain ,repeat as needed.
