I put an electric stater on it. the hydro filter was in the way.easiest way was to flip filter setup upside down. Now it loses hydro power . i can actually push the machine with no drag. sometimes it will be strong when i started then ill lose trans power. it was strong before i did the starter install. i didnt think flipping a filter would cause a problem?????any ideas????? the machine has hard metal lines.its kind of a trouble to get rubber oring face seal lines around here.
