Will a 42" edge deck fit on a tractor that had a 48" edge deck?
Back story: I have a D110 (42" edge deck) with a bagger and a LA145 (48" edge deck) without a bagger. The 145 is in better condition so I want to keep that one but want to be able to use the bagger without buying a new one or paying $150+ for the lower chute alone.
Short answer, I highly doubt it without major fabrication. Different mounting system.

The PTO on a D110 is mechanically (or manually) engaged, whereas the LA145 has an electric PTO. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to make that 42" deck work under the LA145.
