Does anyone else have an issue on the zero turn mowers were those plastic deck wheels just tear the snot out of the lawn

If you are talking about the deck anti scalp wheels they are not supposed to be touching the ground. There designed purpose is to prevent running the deck into the ground on uneven terrain. They are not designed to make the deck float and adjust to the ground level changes.

I’ll give it a shot I e had them set as per the John Deere dealer. I’ll try lifting them up thanks

Move those deck gage wheels up a notch or two. There should be something about their adjustment in your operators manual. The deck is not supposed to ride on those gage wheels.
