At 700.00 it would sit in the barn and rot before I let someone steal it at that price, I just bought a jd316 1985 model with 800 hrs for 800.00

The one thing I like about JDs is I can sell then for good money and fast.

When selling one like this I just have to wait for the right person to see it.
My wife has a rule I have to sell one before I start a new one.

She is a little crazy in the head saying I have to many mowers.

Ha ha
I moved 4 mowers from my shop to a different building. She thinks they are gone. And I got here a Dodge Durango 4x4
So I am good for awhile.

Going to be finding some this weekend.

I sold all of mine three weeks ago. My bad back makes it so I'm not suppose to lift anything!
I was getting better, then I went to the garage and started working on the toys...........back in bed:mad:

Only mowers/tractors I keep in a building are very old or rare.

I have 3 mowers from the 50s that have never been used.

No I am ready. I have a mower I want to build. Been putting it of for a few years now. Four wheel steer with a 60 inch deck ran by hydros. Four blades. The rear and front drives are going to be used hydros off the Augers the power companies use for installing power poles.

A peerless 6 speed with a no weld lock.
I run the same transaxle in mine. I run smaller supper lug tires.

These things are more fun then four wheelers.
