Could use some help or advice. My mower will not start at all, it'll sit there cranking but never turn over even with a shot of starting fluid. It was losing power before this happened, engine was revving like it should but would occasionally sputter and I could barely make it up the slightest incline. I change fuel filter, oil, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs each year so they're good. Battery is new, stator is new, coils are new, solenoid is new, fuel pump is new, nothing off or loose with the rockers, it's not out of time, fuel is going to the carb no problem, carbs been tore apart and cleaned. I'm at my wits end with this thing
