I've got a 2011 rzt broke the height adjustment spring I've looked all over Internet I just need a pic of how it mounts I modifyed my deck plate to get spring on over the lever just need to know how it goes from there the new spring dosnt look as strong as my OEM but same configuration thanks in advance for any help

769-01636 Shop Manual click on deck lift shaft replacement & see page 19 top left of page, is this torsion spring correct part?

Thanks for reply someone on another forum took pic of his sent it to me I took a due grinder with a ball insert and ground the bottom adjustment over a inch that gave me room to put new spring on then I took disk cutter took off old spring making sure new was same position as old then bent it around to put presure on it and viola it won't seem to work till you put deck back on that blew my mind for awhile too much tension on other spring but it works great now thanks Mark
