Cub Cadet CC 500 BAT Won't Start

I have done basic troubleshooting. I removed the cover to change the fuse and cleaned it up. The key is in the ignition. The batteries hold a charge fine. What else should I look at to determine the issue?
 
1.Key not in switch.
2.Motor/blade control disengaged.
3.Battery discharged.
4.Mower deck clogged with grass and debris
 
I have taken off the Crab and cannot for the life of me remeber how to put back the auto choke Temp. Control Linkage on the carb
 
If you took off the Crab why didn't go ahead cook it for a snack.

But seriously what the make, model, and type/spec numbers?

Plus you should have started a new Thread as this one is nearly two years old.
