how do i repair free wheel on transmission. lever works, but will not free wheel. i cleaned brake pads, sprayed with liquid wrench .
and tapped on lever still wont work craftsman T3300 20 hp v twin. 46 inch deck

With model given there is no way you cleaned the brake pads unless you have opened the Tuff Torq K46BA transaxle to access the brake shoe. Also check that the bypass lever on the transaxle is fully rotating to the disengage position. Does have a roll pin that can break or fall out.
