Craftsman riding lawn mower moves forward when shifted into neutral.

I have a 1999 craftman riding lawn mower 20 h p. It will go forward and reverse, however when shifted into neutral it moves forward.
How do I correct this problem?

most of the hydro machines will do this you can try to adjust the drive linkedge
