It started throwing the drive belt so I bought a new one which it keeps throwing. I noticed the engine drive pully is not alligned with the tine drive pully so loosened the set screws on the engine drive pully but can`t budge it. There is an angled raised strip on the shaft that has an access hole to it through the outside front face of pully on the shaft but I`m not sure what I`m looking at. Anybod got some help?? Thanks
