Hello,
Few weeks ago I did a crankshaft replacement on my craftsman lawnmower model:247.370000. It was my first time and with minimum knowledge. I replace spark plug, air filter, gasket, start/stop cable. I broke the flywheel and I changed it for a new one too. I fill with fresh gas and oil. I checked the ignition coil with a tester and works good. I think the valves are adjusted, I turn the blade with my hand looks with compression, it returns back. The carburator is clean, I put some carb cleaner over the piston and won't start. During the assembly, I checked the marks on camshaft and crankshaft pinions to match. I don't what's wrong. Could you please help me? Thanks

Do you actually have a spark ?
Some plugs once wetted go bad and can not be cleaned except by burning off the residue
Check you have set the valve lash correctly on the firing stroke , both valves closed & piston just past the top of the stroke .
Top meaning closest to the spark plug.
