Craftsman Model 917.274041. blows fuse

I have a Craftsman riding lawn mower Model 917.274041.

I start unit, engage the blades and cut grass for about 5 minutes. Then the blades stop and about 5-10 seconds later the engine dies. Try to start and nothing- no click or crank.
The 20 amp fuse is blown. This has happened twice.
What could be the problem?

917274041 CRAFTSMAN TRACTOR Manual | SearsPartsDirect download operators manual at bottom left of screen and see wiring diagram page 33, check out backside of ignition switch terminal B red wire for getting hot, burn marks, tight connection etc. If ignition switch & wiring looks good inspect all wiring & connections including switches, relays, for good connections, wiring for bare spots, burn marks, check all grounds for being tight & secure. You can purchase a multimeter tool at sears etc. with instructions included and locate problem by using wiring diagram, just print it out.
