Craftsman maintenance question - transmission

I am in the process of going through the 100 hour maintenance schedule list as this tractor is new to me & not knowing if previous owner did the suggested maintenance.
My question is how do you get to the fan over the transmission in order to clean the fins & the transmission cooling fins as listed in the maintenance schedule?
My tractors Canadian model # is 994.601280, I think it was purchased new in 2012, 24 hp Kohler, 46" mower, hydro transmission.

If you have an air compressor, get an air gun and safety glasses. Remove the deck, crawl under and let the air do the work.
