Craftsman LT300 deck rattles at full speed during cut

Pulleys are new. 42 inch cut with 22 horsepower. Seems to bog down a little and start to vibrate until I slow my speed. Grass is not long. Not sure if the belt is done or what I need to do. But it is making the grass clump even though the cut is even. Any help at all?? Only 3 years old. 1st year of the Turn tight models.

Bent blade
Blade hitting side of deck
Eccesive grass build up
Improperly installed blade, off center, upside down
