Are you talking about the pin on the height adjust lever?
The one that sits in the groves to hold it in place.

Wear safety glasses & gloves, use a punch, same size as pin, & ball peen hammer and drive old pin out, line up holes, insert new pin and drive it in with hammer till flush or equal distance extending both sides.
