I just came across a free mower. Its a Craftsman 7.25 Platinum 2015 model. Flywheel key was sheared so I replaced. Put a new carb on it and a new spark plug. Fires up but sputters when running. I want to check the valve clearances. Anyone know what they should be set at? The engine is a Briggs 725 series.

I didnt see my mower engine on that list. The engine I have is a 104M series.

Most briggs engines use: Int .006 and Exh .008. This is what i use in the workshop for all briggs engine's
