I have a 757 having issue with the engine. Checked compression 1 side was 45 other was 150. I thought the issue was with the side that measured 45. What are some normal numbers I should be getting? Is 150 normal?

Cylinder Head: Cylinder compression (MIN) [390 kPa (57 psi)] (MIN)

Should be mid 1Xxpsi. Remove the valve cover from the side that is low push rod may have came off the rocker arm. The worst news is that it might be a stuck valve in the head and might need R&R
