I have a Ferris pro cut z with a kolar25hp. CV25. The problem is that it will crank andidle great. But, while running it had a sound coming from the muffler like if you were holding a air hose a depressing the nozzle in short bursts. After inspecting the muffler I did find a small hole. The big problem is that when I give it full throttle and engage the blades the motor bogs down and when i lower the deck and start tomow grass , the motor will almost cut off, as soon as i desengage the blades , the motor goes back to operarting fine. i've put new gas in it, changed the fuel filter , gresed the spindles, checked the electric clutch and spindles for binding and also checked the sparkplugs which look fine. Any help would be greatly appreacated!!!!!!!!

Somehow this does not feel like a clutch problem. I think it's the engine, are both cylinders firing? I would change the plugs. They could be fouled even though they look ok. I have had this problem with Champions in the past. Make sure you set the proper gap.
