I have a 2007 lt 1045, It has been problem free. The original drive belt finally gave up the ghost. I pulled the clutch off hung it from the spring I took off the tensioner pully replaced the belt and put the clutch back on. Now when I pull the pto switch the clutch tries to engage but it wont spin. I can see the bottom plate move upwards but it wont spin. It doesn't bog the motor down either. Weird. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I don't know anything about these clutches because I have never had an issue with one. I used an impact to tighten the clutch back up on the shaft, I'm guessing that's where I went wrong.

50 ft. lbs. is torque for PTO clutch mount bolt, is wire harness connected at PTO clutch?
