I have a deutz allis 610 mower--old but she works. Need to change oil, can't find info, what do I use? 5w-30? 10w-30? or what?

Hello Dolly,

10w-30 is good for cold to hot temperatures. 5w-30 is for operating at cooler temperatures. I use Mobile 1 Full Synthetic 10w-30.

Forgot to ask in original, do I need to worry about an oil filter???

Yes. Your local hardware store should have one for it. Take the oil filter off after you drain the oil. They should be able to match it up. You can search youtube for some "how to" videos if you are not comfortable with changing the oil.
