My wholesalers had to withdraw a similar set of tools under threat from our local version of your EPA.
Apparently under the clean air act only licensed certified trades people are allowed to own modern carb adjusting tools and onl then if the workshop is equipted with CO/CO2 meters and similar exhaust analysers.
Amazing to see them for sale on Amazon.
I did get some by the way, direct from the carb factories in China 50¢ (15¢ for wholesale quantities) so Amazon is making a killing with those.
The square handles are excellent for turn counting.
