What would be the base settings be for a old Woodshark 14 inch saw? I live at 2500 feet.

1 turn out on both screws should be a starting point.

okay I just got in from garage. High was at 1 1/2 and the low was at 4 1/2. Is that a good reason for poor performance. It only ran when throttle was at wide open.; I will try to start today. Thank you
