I have a John Deere LT160 purchased in 2004. Need help making the connections to the new
Carb. Engine specs are below:

As of right now you have the choke linkage hooked to the throttle on the carb, and the throttle hooked to the choke. the linkage hooked to the governor arm may also be turned backwards, and you may also be missing the little plastic clip that connects the linkage to the governor arm. The end of the throttle linkage that just has a 90 bend slides into the governor arm and is held on by a clip that snaps onto the linkage.
Thanks much for the reply on my carb problem. That worked and now have it back together. Lesson learned will be to always take a picture of something that I don't know how to put back together.
